A: Pets are not allowed in the apartment complexes. However, in some homes we do allow pets.

A: A security deposit, equvilent to one months rent is required.

Q: What are the terms of the lease?
A: All leases are for one year.

Q: Does my application need to be updated?
A: Applications must be updated every 90 days.

Q: What is included in the rent?
A: Water, sewer and trash pickup is included at all apartment complexes.

Q: Do you provide maintenance?
A: Maintenance is provided for all properties, including 24 hour emergency service.
